Production Process





Step 1: Full Annealing

Alloy state: O, H18, H22, H24. We can offer Grade 1050, 1060, 1070 &1350.





Step 2: Slitting

Precise in size control to 0.001mm.

It can be divided into different sizes depending on the usage,conditions.





Step 3:Deburring

We are using deburring technology.

Our foils are excellent in processing performance, good welding and excellent mechanical properties.




Step 4: Smoothing

ZOTO aluminum foil is easy to polish with good oxidation effects.




Step 4: Roll

ZOTO aluminum foil is excellent at corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and with high conductivity & purity.
